Friends of Redfield ET

Welcome to the Friends Of Redfield Educate Together (FORET) page.

We are a group of parents who meet once or twice per term to arrange fundraising events for our school. We also send regular newsletters to the school to share what we have been up to.

Mission Statement
FORET volunteers support the school community by raising funds, investing in play resources and organising events. We promote an inclusive and positive school experience for all.  We build partnerships with businesses, individuals and families, creating a diverse and vibrant community that supports the growth and development of our children.

What have we achieved?
Since the pandemic, we have worked hard to reestablish FORET and ensure that all money we raise goes straight back into the school. We have:

● Created fun and inclusive events for our families including fayres and school discos
● Raised money through regular sales, events and fayres
● Funded visitors to the school to speak with the children
● Funded workshops for the children
● Supported funding of the playground
● Supported funding of more diverse and inclusive books
● Supported funding of the sensory room

Come and Join Us!
We welcome anyone in any capacity. We accept new committee members through our Annual General Meeting, which is usually in the Summer Term, and accept new volunteers all year round.
